The tool
Kestrel.ICU is an advanced, AI-powered offensive security tool developed by ScaryByte.
Testing happens under a separate written authorisation and rules of engagement. The signed document controls the engagement. These terms control use of the website.
This website
This website does not create customer accounts. An engagement, if you proceed, is governed by its signed documents, not by these terms.
ScaryByte may refuse a request that asks for unauthorised testing, that harasses the desk, or that interferes with the site.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, probe, or disrupt this website. Do not send targets, malware, credentials, or other people’s personal information to this site.
An active compromise is handled through your incident process and the emergency contact named in the rules of engagement.
Intellectual property
The Kestrel name, mark, and the text on this site belong to their owner. The mark stays with Kestrel. Resources may be shared internally with attribution.
No security warranty
An engagement describes what was possible inside its window. It does not promise that every weakness was found, or that a system is secure. The website is provided as available and may be interrupted.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, ScaryByte is not liable for loss arising only from use of this informational website. Liability for a paid engagement is set in the engagement documents, not here.
Nothing on this site limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes
These terms can be updated by publishing a new version on this page. The date at the top is the version you are reading. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version for website use. It does not rewrite a signed engagement.
